Fertility employers continue competing for one of the narrowest physician pipelines in healthcare.

A newly released Inside Reproductive Health Fertility Industry Report, REI Fellowship Class of 2025 Job Placements, maps where last year’s reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship graduates accepted positions as fertility clinic networks, academic centers, and independent groups continue expanding physician recruitment efforts.

At the time of publication, 56 REI physician openings were listed on the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Career Center. The report identified 55 graduating fellows in the 2025 class across 56 REI fellowship programs nationwide.

Prelude Network Top Destination for 2025 Grads

The report found that 65.5% of graduating fellows accepted positions with fertility clinic networks or MSO-backed organizations, compared with 21.8% entering academic or health system practices and 12.7% joining independent groups.

Three fertility networks recruited the most fellows from last year’s class, at six each. Inception’s Prelude Network was one of the three.

Graduates dispersed across 44 fertility practice groups nationwide, with several multi-site fertility organizations appearing repeatedly throughout the placement data. The report identifies which networks and regional groups attracted multiple members of the 2025 fellowship class, offering an early look at where recruiting momentum may be concentrating across the fertility industry.

The report tracks each physician’s fellowship program, current fertility center, headshot, and professional profile link.

According to Inside Reproductive Health, the report was assembled using SREI fellowship match results, outreach to fertility clinic networks, online verification through LinkedIn and practice websites, and direct confirmation from physicians within the graduating class.
