We’ve completed your business development plan via the Fertility Marketing Blueprint. You now know exactly what will get you the most return on investment the most quickly, and how it gets done.

What happens next is an individualized strategy combining some of these elements. If you’re curious to know which ones they will be, it may be useful to reference this table.

Fertility Bridge performs every function listed in both columns of this table. We only perform the services in the second column in strategic combination to serve the needs of the first column.

If your primary concern mostly falls within the second column, you may not need Fertility Bridge: there are hundreds of thousands of freelancers and agencies that offer some version of these services.

If your primary concern mostly falls within the first column, we are the only firm that exclusively solves these challenges for fertility businesses.

Now you have three options:

OPTION 1: YOU EXECUTE THE PLAN

Your Fertility Marketing Blueprint is a set of concise recommendations about exactly what to do and how to do it. An extremely busy person with no experience in marketing is not going to be able to implement your Blueprint for you. If you have marketers that know what they’re doing, the plan is written so that they can execute.

OPTION 2: FERTILITY BRIDGE EXECUTES THE PLAN FOR YOU

By this point, we have access to almost everything we might need--your Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, website, call source tracking, etc. The first phase of your Fertility Marketing Blueprint, the one that will move you toward your goal the most quickly, takes us no less than three, no more than nine months to implement. 

Note: for some marketing pillars, particularly those in the later phases of the Fertility Patient Marketing Journey, Option 2 is not available because they directly involve your team.

OPTION 3: FERTILITY BRIDGE HELPS YOU OR YOUR CURRENT VENDORS

In your Fertility Marketing Blueprint, we tell you exactly what to do and how to do it. If you think you can implement it yourself, and we’ve enjoyed working with your team, we don’t always have to execute it. Instead, we can provide:

  • Advisory: Your team has access to our Senior Digital Strategist, our Creative Manager and creative team, or our Operational Marketing Strategist, depending on the strategy.

  • Oversight: We put your team in our project management system, and hold them to deadlines.

  • Training: Fertility Bridge offers formal training modules in: 

  • Paid media for fertility centers

  • Social media for fertility centers

  • Physician liaison outreach

  • Welcome sequence/call center concierge service

  • Post-consult follow up

  • Cancellation rate reduction

For some clients, it makes sense to execute or help execute their plan as “one application of treatment”: one project. If they have new goals or challenges, we can perform another “application of treatment” (project) and continually improve their “treatment plan” (Fertility Marketing Blueprint). For other clients, their goals are so high and their needs are so great, that it makes sense to move right to a year term and pay monthly. 

If Fertility Bridge helps you to execute your plan, or executes it for you, these are the two outcomes and their possible next steps:

  1. You zoom past your starting point, but are not yet at your goal, either because it is simply a high goal and it just takes longer, or your operational capacity is lower than your goal

    1. We work on the next part of the plan and help you to remove some of those obstacles and continue to move toward the goal

    2. You set a new goal and we work toward that

    3. You are satisfied with the progress and we disengage

IN SUMMARY…

Location. Remotely.

Duration. 3-9 months, usually 6 per project phase..

Scheduling. Kick-off begins within 3 weeks of receipt of payment, pending Fertility Bridge availability.

Deliverable. Agreed upon at completion of Blueprint.

Qualifications. Execution, Training, Advisory, and Oversight is preceded by the Fertility Marketing Blueprint, which is preceded by the Goal and Competitive Diagnostic, sign up for that here

Participation Requirements. This is the phase where the principals can begin to step out. Depending on what you’re getting help with, it will be a receptionist, marketing coordinator, physician liaison or office administrator coordinating or being advised on the execution. Managing partners and critical leaders participate in the marketing meetings and content creation as appropriate, but mainly we just need principals in the loop.

Payment Terms. Projects are paid in 1-3 payments over the course of the project, depending on project size. Annual agreements are paid on the first of each month. There is a 5% ACH discount for paying electronically from your business checking account.
